A current project has motivated me to self-study modern probability. I’m using Probability: Theory and Examples by Rick Durrett, which seems like a great book and lets me brush up on some basics. I first tried Kallenberg’s Foundations of Modern Probability, but most recommend keeping it as a reference rather than a self-study text.
